How do the process of pickup and delivery function?
You arrange a pickup and we pick up your laundry from the door. After drying, washing and folding your laundry, it is returned to you according to the time of service.
How quickly do I return my clothes?
Basic fold and wash drop-off service comes with 48-hour turnaround. Delivery and pickup services include next-day delivery when it is it is available.
Do you separate your laundry before washing?
Yes laundry is taken care of and sorted according to the need. You can also give specific instructions prior to when the order process.
Do I have the option of using your services every week?
Yes. Recurring laundry services are available to customers who require weekly or bi-weekly assistance with their regular laundry loads.
Do you manage large or bulky laundry orders?
Yes. Customized service is offered for commercial laundry, regular orders massive household loads as well as special demands. Pricing is determined by the quote.
